Sequel to the clearance of your claim, you are required to fill out the attach Payment Scheme Clearance Form (T1) and send it back to this office immediately for Clearance, Data's Reconfirmation, Validation and Approval of your payment prior to the transfer of your winning funds into your provided bank account as stipulated by the a.ct of the promotion company in their bids to curb foreign debt. Please note that this is a recognized Clearance and financial consultants to the Dayzers organization in the Netherlands and our obligation is to make sure that your winning funds is been verify and approve for immediate payment base on your clearance and the information we received from the promotion company.

A notarization document will be send to you by the Legal representative immediately after the clearance and confirmation of your completed form regarding your winnings and the notarization of your file for the remittance of your winning funds into your nominated bank account as specified by the act of the DAYZERS EXPLORATION INTERNATIONAL CO-OPERATION. A veto power of payment will be send to the authorize payment bank by the Notary High Court Of Justice in Den - Haag, The Netherlands immediately after the notarization of your payment for the final remittance of your funds into your nominated bank account.

You are therefore advise to complete the attach document clearly and send it back to this office as stated above including a copy of your international passport or Driver's License or any recognized identity card for your Clearance, Approval and Payment. Note that in a situation where you can not open the attach file, you can as well send us your Full Names, Fax number, Telephone number, your winning email address and other details of your winnings immediately for your clearance and approval of your payment.
